• Support of stress management and calmness by helping balance stress hormones
• Boosting the function of the adrenal glands, which further helps with decreasing stress
• A high concentration and variety of compounds called ‘triterpenes’ that act as natural sedatives and synchronize with the nervous system to promote relaxation

L-Tryptophan is an amino acid (commonly found in animal proteins) needed for the production and maintenance of the body’s proteins, muscles, enzymes, and neurotransmitters. It may provide:

• Anxiety and stress relief as a portion of the amino acid converts to serotonin, which can promote feelings of happiness and calm.

L-Theanine is an essential amino acid commonly found in green tea that may provide:
• Anxiety and stress relief
• Mood support and enhancement
